Mission Statement
The mission of Lahai Health (formerly Puget Sound Christian Clinic) is to provide quality, compassionate health care free to low-income, under-served populations as a demonstration of Christian love. Lahai's primary purpose is to improve the health and wellness of the low-income population in King and Snohomish counties. Services are provided without regard to race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, creed, or sexual orientation.
About This Cause
Lahai Health has been operating a free clinic since October, 2003. The original clinic is located in North Seattle, Washington. Primary health care, mental health counseling, and physical therapy are provided. In 2011, Lahai’s Mobile Medical Clinic (MMC) was launched. Lahai Health partners with churches and community organizations to deploy the MMC to sites within a 20-mile radius of the North Seattle clinic. In September, 2016 a new dental clinic was opened in Lynnwood at the Community Life Center.
