Mission & Vision Eaton Arrowsmith Academy empowers individuals to shift from surviving to thriving by strengthening cognitive abilities through structured, brain-based exercises. Its mission is to build students’ capacity to learn, fostering academic resilience, independence, and lifelong success. Aligned with over 40 years of research-informed practice in the Arrowsmith lineage, the academy offers tailored, evidence-based cognitive programs that complement academic support and social skills development. Programs & Approaches: In‑school Cognitive Enhancement Programs Kids & Teens (ages 7–18): Full-time and part-time programs combine four blocks of individualized cognitive exercises daily (exercises are selected based on each child’s cognitive profile) with Washington State curriculum academics—Math, Language Arts, Integrated Studies (STEAM, social studies, arts), and physical education. Students benefit from a nurturing, inclusive environment with community-building through themed days and field trips. Part-time options include half-day and 4 hours/week models designed solely for cognitive training. Each student begins with a baseline Arrowsmith Assessment—measuring cognitive strengths and weaknesses. Progress is tracked daily, with reports during and after the program year. Upon completion, evaluators offer recommendations for next steps.
