Mission Statement
Neighborhood Family Practice (NFP) partners with the community for everyone's best health. NFP's network of seven health centers delivers high quality, affordable, primary and preventive health care to people in Cleveland's diverse west side neighborhoods, regardless of one's ability to pay. Our care teams provide comprehensive, personalized care, and the support and education to foster better quality of living for patients, their families and communities.
About This Cause
Neighborhood Family Practice's six community health centers offer primary care, behavioral health, dental, midwifery and women's health, wellness and nutrition, refugee health services, insurance enrollment and community-based programs. In 2019, NFP provided primary and preventive care to more than 21,000 patients, 78% of whom are below poverty.
