About This Cause
Community Assessment & Treatment Services (CATS) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit Substance Abuse & Mental Health treatment agency located in Slavic Village. We provide both residential and outpatient services to adult men & women as well as Sober Living beds for men. We employ approximately 140 staff (120 FT) and we have 211 residential treatment beds agency wide. We offer 135 beds for men, 30 Sober Living beds for men, & 30 treatment beds for women in Cleveland, and 16 residential treatment beds for men in Medina County (Wadsworth). We also offer outpatient treatment in Medina & Cuyahoga Counties. CATS provides substance use & mental health assessments, group counseling, individual counseling, sober living, criminogenic-cognitive behavioral health counseling, and employment assistance. We currently collaborate with multiple area agencies including Slavic Village Development; University Settlement; EDWINS; ODRC; Greater Cleveland Drug Court; Cuyahoga County Probation; Cuyahoga County Drug Court; Federal Probation & Pretrial Services; Ohio Means Jobs; Cuyahoga County Office of Reentry; Positive Recovery Solutions; Thrive for Change; Medina County Health Dept.; Medina County Opiate Taskforce; Recovery Center of Medina County; & the Cuyahoga County ADAMHS Board
