United Way of Knox County connects the resources needed to make Knox County a better place for everyone to live.
About This Cause
United Way of Knox County prides itself on the fact that $0.94 from every dollar raised stays local. Being good stewards of your kind contribution allows us to connect resources in our community. Whether that is funding of a program or service, providing assistance in collaborative efforts or working with our local schools to increase childhood academic success - we are dedicated to making Knox County a better place to live for all. We currently fund 29 local programs/services and conduct community impact work in the areas of Education, Health & Income. We know and believe that when children receive the proper early education they will graduate from high school. With this early win most go onto secure a secondary education. With academic success they are positioned to obtain a job where they have the opportunity of health insurance. With a solid education and good health the empowerment of financial stability is able to be achieved. Thank you for considering United Way of Knox County for your kind contribution.
