Mission Statement
Restoration Apostolic Truth Ministries exists to empower individuals and strengthen communities by creating safe, inclusive, and healing environments where families, seniors, youth, and vulnerable populations can access support, hope, and restoration. We are driven by a mission to uplift lives spiritually, emotionally, and socially through volunteer-led programs, accessible resources, and community-rooted care.
About This Cause
Restoration Apostolic Truth Ministries, Inc. operating as Greater Life Worship Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community organization based in Lake Alfred, Florida. Our mission is to transform lives by providing inclusive access to spiritual support, family wellness programs, mentorship for youth, and essential services like food distribution and grief counseling all offered at no cost to those in need. Our ministry is rooted in faith, but our outreach is universal. We serve everyone regardless of background or belief with compassion and a commitment to holistic transformation. We are currently renovating a donated building to serve as a fully ADA-compliant community wellness and worship center. Through this initiative, we aim to create a replicable model for restoring and repurposing underused buildings in underserved communities. Our core programs include: Youth mentorship and life-skills training Women’s wellness and support circles Senior engagement and mobility-safe access Weekly food and resource distribution Grief and emotional care services Volunteer opportunities and community partnerships We operate with no paid staff, powered entirely by community volunteers and donations. Our goal is to be a beacon of light, restoration, and empowerment not just in Polk County, but in communities everywhere who need healing and hope.
