Mission Statement

Noel's Angel Walk is the kick off event of the WBEV/95X Children's Radiothon. It started in memory of Noel Ann Smith. It's mission is to raise funds for the Children's Radiothon, increase awareness of childhood illnesses, and provide illness prevention information.
