Mission Statement
River Lake Church is a non-denominational church in central Kentucky with a focus on reaching those who are unchurched or de-churched and providing a way for them to hear the Gospel and reconnect spiritually, relationally, and personally with other believers.
About This Cause
Established in April, 2014, River Lake Church is in Glasgow KY (population 14,000). Currently we meet on Sundays at 8:30am, 9:45am, and 11:00am with a vibrant, engaging, and age-appropriate children's ministry (River Lake Kids) running concurrently during our 9:45am and 11:00am services. River Lake's focus is to make it easy for everyone to find and follow Jesus because we believe everyone's lives are better with Jesus at the center. We meet at a local "fun center" which takes away some of the inhibitors of those who have never been to church or have drifted from God. We find it is much easier to walk into a non-traditional environment, be greeted and welcomed by volunteers who are genuinely happy to see them, and relax during the service to be open to the message.
