Mission Statement
Disciples Divinity House of the University of Chicago provides scholarship and free housing to members of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) who are studying at the Divinity School on campus. We also provide very affordable housing to students of varying faiths who are engaged in study in divinity as well as other disciplines.
About This Cause
The Disciples Divinity House is a foundation for theological education and an ecumenical residence hall directly affiliated with the Divinity School of the University of Chicago and the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). Through these affiliations, Disciples House seeks to educate men and women for Christian leadership among the Disciples of Christ and in the public realm, preparing them both for the pastoral ministry and for the academic ministry of teaching and research.
