Mission Statement
St. John Baptist de La Salle founded the Brothers of the Christian Schools (Lasallian Christian Brothers) to respond to incongruance between the Christian vision of humanity at its best and the social condition of his era which impeded such holistic development. This same vision continues now as the mission of La SalleManor Retreat Center in today's world. La Salle Manor is a conference and retreat center dedicated to human development within religious, civic and educational communities through continuing education and spiritual development. With its tradition grounded in the spirit of St. De La Salle, La Salle Manor is especially interested in the education and spiritual development of today's youth.
About This Cause
By supporting La Salle Manor you are investing in the future through holistic development of youth. Through our programs and services our staff engages with over 4000 young people college age and below annually. Our programs focus on internal self-discovery, building connections and understanding with others, and deepening of a young persons spiritual bonds. The generous support of benefactors ensures we are able to continue to impact and work with as many youth as possible. In the last year we have expanded programming greatly by bringing our services out of just our retreat center, and hosting programs at schools and churches too.
