The mission of the Foundation, in cooperation with the Cheyenne County Community Center, is to provide financial support for the purpose of serving the health, wellness, educational, recreational, and social needs of the Cheyenne County area. Our Vision is to enhance overall quality of life through wellness, stewardship and anticipating future needs.
