Mission Statement
The Foundation was established in December of 1991 and recognized as a 501(c)(3) organization in 1993. The organization’s purpose is to secure and channel resources to support and promote the educational programs and services for students served by the Northwest Suburban Special Education Organization.
About This Cause
The NSSEO Foundation raises funds to benefit students with special needs. The Foundation supports programs for students with special educational needs from eight school districts in the northwest suburbs in Chicago. Money has been used for many necessary items, including a handicapped accessible playground, facilities for teaching daily living skills, communication devices, physical and occupational therapy equipment and much more.
