Mission Statement

TAPS is a no kill animal shelter. Founded in 1958. We get no state or federal funding we rely solely on fundraising, donations, and community support. Our adoptions grow each year. In 2020 we adopted over 1500 dogs and cats in to loving homes. TAPS provides all medical care needed for the pets in our care until they are adopted. Each Pet is altered, micro chipped, UTD on age appropriate vaccines, and healthy at the time of their adoption.

About This Cause

TAPS is a shelter of hope for homeless animals. We provide temporary sanctuary and an opportunity for life by bringing companion animals and loving people together.
