Mission Statement
The University of Illinois Foundation is a nonprofit corporation responsible for encouraging and administering private gifts made to further the University’s mission. Although the Foundation is a separate entity from the U of I, the Foundation’s sole reason for existence is to serve the University.
About This Cause
The University of Illinois Foundation is the official fundraising and private gift-receiving agency for the University of Illinois. We work closely with alumni, faculty, corporations, foundations and campus development staff members to create fundraising programs and opportunities that benefit the University of Illinois System and its three universities in Urbana-Champaign, Chicago, and Springfield.
