We believe that all people deserve the right to have the opportunity to become all they are capable of becoming. We strive to build and fund community coalitions that help further that goal.
About This Cause
Our United Way serves three counties, two in Northeast Wisconsin and one in south central Michigan's Upper Peninsula. We continue the United Way tradition of helping fund local human services based non-profits but are now adding a focus on programming focused on community collective impact programming, Our primary issues currently being worked on through our collective impact programs are combating substance abuse, helping youth with educational opportunities and providing parenting programs for both families in crisis and families looking to strengthen already solid family bonds.
