RCS empowers individuals with disabilities and special needs to work, live and function with dignity and respect.
About This Cause
RCS is a private, non profit organization providing services to individuals with disabilities and special needs in the Sheboygan area. We promote individual choice for the services we offer to adults with disabilities. These services include: day services activities that focus on community integration, leisure skills, life skills, and social skills; prevocational services which focus on training and development of work skills to promote successful employment based on an individuals' specific needs, abilities, and desires; employment services which focus on career exploration, job development, paid work experiences, job placement and support, and benefits analysis; and youth services which focus on teaching independent life skills. In addition, RCS encourages adults and youth with disabilities to get involved in activities outside of their regular service involvement with RCS, i.e., community service clubs, self-advocacy groups, etc. RCS also provides service coordination and early childhood services to children with disabilities from birth to three years of age.
