Mission Statement
Funds donated allow Reach to provide free counseling services to children (age 4-12) who have been victims of sexual abuse, physical abuse or who have witnessed domestic violence in their homes. Funds are also used to allow Reach to provide free advocacy services to victims of sexual violence. Trained advocates work with victims and families to protect their rights throughout the medical and judicial processes. Advocates are available for crisis response and victim advocacy immediately following an assault.
About This Cause
Reach Counseling Services' mission is to end sexual violence and promote healing in our community. Reach is dedicated to the healing of individuals and families whose lives have been traumatized by sexual and other forms of abuse. Our staff is specifically trained in the areas of trauma informed care, crisis response, mental health counseling and sex offender treatment. We offer 24 hour crisis response, medical and legal advocacy, individual and family counseling, child and family counseling as well as prevention education and public awareness.
