About This Cause

The Indian Council of the Elderly, Inc., a 501c3 non-profit, is a licensed charitable and tax-free organization that has been in existence for 44 years, and currently operates the “All Nations Senior and Cultural Center.” This Center is available to any Senior aged 60 and older, but primarily dedicated to serving the underserved urban Indian elderly population. We provide hot, nutritious meals in a warm and welcoming atmosphere at our Center three times a week; as well as opportunities for socializing, health education, and other recreational activities. Our overarching goal is to improve the health and living conditions for those Elders who are in greatest need with an emphasis on reducing the isolation of older persons by increasing their socialization and independence in the Milwaukee Community.
