About This Cause
Vida, Inc. has three programs under one corporate umbrella. They are the Vida Medical Clinic, Support Services and our Youth Outreach Program. Vida Medical Clinic offers free pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, and well woman checks including Pap/ pelvic testing and breast exams. Vida also offers free testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases for women and men. Vida Medical Clinic nurses also provide free lactation consultation and one on one labor and delivery instruction. Vida Support Services provides a free educational program that addresses many questions and concerns related to pregnancy, child birth and parenting. Vida Support Services also provides free material support including baby clothes, blankets, diapers, wipes, formula, strollers and other misc. baby items and equipment. Vida's Youth Outreach Program is an educational program for middle and high school students. The curriculum for this program includes topics like sexual integrity, risk avoidance, information about STD's, teen pregnancy, healthy relationships, and goal setting.
