United Way of West Central Minnesota works to improve people’s lives by mobilizing the caring power of its communities to create lasting change.
About This Cause
United Way of West Central Minnesota, formerly United Way of Kandiyohi County, expanded its service area to include portions of Chippewa, Meeker, Renville and Swift counties in 2009. When you give to United Way, your dollar not only goes toward United Way programs, but also to grants for other organizations in the community that are doing great work! United Way works with individuals and organizations to fill the gaps. We focus on 3 vital areas: education, health, and basic needs. We are also very excited to bring back being the staple volunteer hub that is missing in so many communities these days.
