Mission Statement
Avail Academy (formerly Calvin Christian School) serves more than 400 students at K-8 campuses in Blaine and Edina and a high school campus in Fridley. As an independent school, unaffiliated with a single church or denomination, our student body represents scores of churches and more than 45 municipalities in the greater Twin Cities.
About This Cause
Since 1961 Christian parents have partnered with outstanding teachers to provide God-honoring education at Avail Academy. From the sciences to the arts, from the classroom to the playground, every part of the Avail experience is designed to equip young disciples of Christ for leadership and service. Avail Academy serves more than 400 students at K-8 campuses in Blaine and Edina and a high school campus in Fridley. As an independent school, unaffiliated with a single church or denomination, our student body represents scores of churches and more than 45 municipalities in the greater Twin Cities. Avail Academy is accredited by the Minnesota Nonpublic Schools Accrediting Association (MNSAA), is a member school of Christian Schools International (CSI), and is affiliated with the Minnesota Independent Schools Forum (MISF).
