Mission Statement
Since 1980, MN ADOPT has been focused on the goal of ensuring that every Minnesota child grows up in safe and nurturing family. Although our programming has evolved, our focus on finding homes for children and providing quality post adoption services has remained consistent.
About This Cause
MN ADOPT currently has three programs to serve foster, adoptive and kinship families: Zero Kids Waiting, Education Program and HELP Program. The Zero Kids Waiting Program creates permanency options for children in foster care through the recruitment of families for specific children and raising awareness about the need for families for Minnesota children; The MN ADOPT Education Program provides webinar and in-person trainings to families and professionals on adoption and foster care related topics; Our HELP Program provides much needed post adoption support and referral to adoption knowledgable therapeutic services to all Minnesota Adoptive foster and kinship families.
