About Us Community-minded forty-year-old mission bound 501(c)(3) perfectly describes Powderhorn Park Neighborhood Association (PPNA). It supports the people and places within and around this vibrant, welcoming and creative South East Minneapolis community. Its purpose is simple and centers on improving the quality of life for its neighbors. It champions a broad view of ‘neighbor’ to include everyone and everything. It uses annual events like the Powderhorn Art Fair to connect residents to each other and artists. It informs the community of local matters across its publications and communications. It creatively promotes businesses and resources that inspire action. And advocates for equitable systems, processes, and policies
