Minnesota Network of Hospice and Palliative Care promotes quality of life in Minnesota communities through education and access to resources in advance care planning, palliative care and hospice care. Our vision is that all individuals, families and healthcare providers will understand the value of and have access to these resources.

About This Cause

Minnesota Network of Hospice and Palliative Care is proud to be celebrating 35 years. MNHPC is the states leading palliative and hospice care network. We bring providers, business partners and individuals together to increase knowledge, access services and strengthen advocacy for people living with a serious illness or experiencing the end of life. Today, 67 hospices are members of MNHPC. MNHPC is directed by nurses, doctors and community leaders passionate about the value of palliative and hospice care. Our working is helping to shape the future of how palliative and hospice care services are offered and delivered. Families and individuals rely on MNHPC to inform them about their options and guide them to proven programs and trusted partners. We are skilled at helping people during a difficult point in their life, offering them choices so they can meet the needs of their family.
