Each day, around 8,000 Minnesotans experience homelessness on any given single night, creating an urgent need for affordable housing with structured support. With a vision that every person has a Home and is interconnected within community, Aeon’s mission is to create and sustain quality affordable homes that strengthen lives and communities. Having a personal place where people feel safe and connected is transformational – a stabilizing force for individuals and communities. We are committed to fostering a respectful, caring culture with responsive property management and affordable rent.
About This Cause
Aeon is among Minnesota's largest nonprofit organizations focused on developing, preserving and managing affordable housing and providing services to homeless and housing insecure children, families, and seniors in Minnesota. Aeon serves over 17,000 people who reside in 60 Aeon properties across 15 Twin Cities communities. For nearly 40 years, Aeon has been committed to helping people create a home in a safe, secure environment and connect to the community around them. We believe that Home changes everything.
