Mission Statement
The mission of the Northern Lights Swim Association, Inc. is to promote participation in competitive swimming by providing a safe, enjoyable, well organized program for age group and senior swimmers.
About This Cause
The vision of the Northern Lights Swim Association (NLSA) is to offer, an opportunity for all its members to develop their individual capabilities at all levels of USA Swimming. Members will develop their athletic ability and gain a deep respect for the traditions of teamwork and friendship. NLSA will provide a safe atmosphere where young people can develop confidence, personal responsibility, positive self-image, a healthy body, and an optimistic attitude towards life while having fun. NLSA will provide a highly trained and qualified coaching staff. The parents and coaches will work together to create a quality swim team community and NLSA family.
