About This Cause
Founded in 1990, MoveFwd is a nonprofit organization providing housing case management and mental health therapy services to youth ages 12-24 in the western suburbs. Our programs include housing case management, drop-in and outreach services, and a scattered-site transitional living program (TLP), homeless prevention services for families, school and community based mental health care.
