Mission Statement
We provide rescue and relief to the homeless and endangered cats in our community through programs that offer shelter, foster, social and medical rehabilitation, feral and stray management, spay/neuter subsidy, and community education.
About This Cause
Our Mission: To provide safe shelter, veterinary care, and socialization for stray, abandoned, or abused cats until good permanent homes can be found for them. Our mission does not enable us to accept owner surrendered animals. Our Vision: No unwanted cats. Our Core Values: 1. Cats always come first. 2. Stakeholders are treated with compassion, dignity, and respect. 3. Teamwork and collaboration are critical to achieving mission. 4. Lifelong commitment to each cat. Feline Rescue believes that all cats are entitled to a safe, caring, and happy home. We are firmly opposed to the practice of declawing, considering it cruelty to animals, and an unethical practice. We believe tamed cats should be kept indoors. No cat in our care will be destroyed except when suffering and beyond medical treatment, and the cost of the medical care shall not be a factor in this decision.
