Serving seniors in transition and their family caregivers to support health in spirit, mind and body since 1998.
About This Cause
We are a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to serving people in and around the Twin Cities metropolitan area. Since our founding in 1998, we have been serving seniors age 60 or better and their caregivers, family members or companions. We strive to establish and maintain seniors' connections with their communities; alleviate isolation; improve and maintain physical and mental health; extend independence; enhance quality of life; support caregivers capacity in their supportive roles; increase awareness and acceptance of Alzheimer's disease and related dementias; and enable seniors and caregivers in transition to make the most informed decisions possible.
