Mission Statement
The Bellevue Community Band is a non-profit, tax-exempt, all-volunteer organization dedicated to providing concerts to the Bellevue area and to providing a place for musicians to enhance their musical skills.
About This Cause
Founded in 1962, the Bellevue Community Band provides the opportunity for musicians from all backgrounds and training to enjoy the pleasure of playing in a band. The musicians of the Bellevue Community Band represent a broad spectrum of backgrounds including engineers, schoolteachers, housewives, students, and senior citizens. The Bellevue Community Band is a non-profit volunteer organization which performs concerts in the Bellevue vicinity. We vary in size from 50 to 80 members, and play outdoor concerts in the warm weather months and indoor concerts year-round. The band performs frequently at retirement homes.
