About This Cause
Since 1866 the Mahaska County YMCA has faithfully served our community by focusing on the four core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. We are the largest childcare provider in the county with a safe and nurturing environment that promotes developmentally appropriate practices. We provide fitness programs for all ages from 6 weeks and older. From our Water Babies class to our Functional Fitness and Golden Age water aerobics classes. The YMCA is the nation's largest leading non-profit committed to strengthening the community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
