The mission of Bridgehaven Pregnancy Support Center is to empower choices for life through Christ-centered education and support. Bridgehaven has been serving Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and surrounding communities for 40 years.
About This Cause
For women and men facing an unplanned pregnancy, it can be a time of uncertainty and fear. For a moment, their hearts seem to stop. Bridgehaven provides a safe place, free and confidential services, and factual information that empowers them to see beyond their current circumstance. We tell their hearts to beat again, to have hope for the future. Our mission is to empower choices for life through Christ-centered education and support. Bridgehaven offers the following services: Before pregnancy… Relational and sexual health education During pregnancy... Client advocacy, options discussion, pregnancy testing, and ultrasound After pregnancy... Weekly life skills classes with childcare, and material assistance including food, clothing, diapers, and formula Post-abortion recovery support Bridgehaven is a life-affirming ministry.
