Mission Statement
The CCH-FSCAA (Collège Canado-Haïtien & Frères du Sacré-Cœur Alumni Association, Inc.) is a non-profit organization which strives to accomplish its mission for the benefit of the students, the teachers, the Canado-Haitian College, and the Brothers of Sacred Heart schools. Organize the alumni for the promotion and the welfare of the schools and actively support projects towards these goals. Foster and deepen the bond of fellowship among the alumni, teachers, and students of the schools. Promote excellence in education and sponsor a wide range of activities for the academic and professional development of the students and teachers. Provide scholarships to students and awards to teachers at these institutions in order to stimulate intellectual development. Provide educational materials for the enhancement of the structure and the environment of the schools. Create, manage and control funds to be used for such projects connected with the schools.
About This Cause
The Collège Canado-Haitien & Frères du Sacré-Coeur Alumni Association, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation that was created officially on July 19, 2004. It is registered in the State of New York, U.S.A. and is recognized by the New York State Department of Education. It is also recognized by the U.S. Department of the Treasury (Internal Revenue Service), under the identification code (EIN) #421635320. The English translation of the name is Canado-Haitian College & Brothers of the Sacred Heart Alumni Association, Inc. The group of alumni that initiated this effort studied in the above Sacred Heart institutions at the same or different points in time. Nonetheless, our number is growing and the motivation is the same: maintain a solid network, reach back and help. Therefore, CCH-FSCAA’s aim is to INSPIRE, EDUCATE, SHARE and FACILITATE.
