Mission Statement
The Clinton County Agricultural Society (CCAS) is a volunteer-based organization that hosts the Clinton County Fair annually. With the mission of perserving the past, promoting the present and educating on the future of agriculture, horticulture, mechanical arts and rural and domestic economy. The Fair invites 4-H and FFA members to showcase the results of their year-long learning at this annual exhibition. The CCAS also hosts and promotes non-fair events that aid in sustaining the community.
