Mission Statement
St. Louis Arc provides services and supports to about 4,000 children and adults who have intellectual and developmental disabilities, and their families, throughout the St. Louis metro area.
About This Cause
St. Louis Arc's mission is to empower people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families to lead better lives by providing a lifetime of high-quality services, family support and advocacy. Our lifetime of services includes early intervention therapies, inclusive childcare, respite care, family education and support, behavioral and autism supports, adult and youth day programs, vocational training, leisure and recreation, supported employment, supported living, and prevention. The St. Louis Arc is recognized as a quality leader and is accredited by The Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL), an international not-for-profit organization dedicated to excellence in the definition, measurement and evaluation of personal and community quality of life for people with disabilities.
