Mission Statement
Metro Lutheran Ministry connects those in need with food, housing, health care, education, employment services and other resources in order to nurture greater hope, health, opportunity and peace.
About This Cause
MLM provides social services, basic needs, prevention, and homeless assistance programs to households in poverty in the Greater Kansas City area. Programs include food pantry, sack lunches, Saturday Breakfast, Mobile Food Pantry, minor home repair, emergency rent & utility assistance, Homelessness Prevention, Rapid Re-Housing for the Homeless, Permanent Supportive Housing for the Homeless, case management, financial and employment coaching, Financial Opportunity Center, and KC Medicine Cabinet.
