About This Cause
Northside Youth and Senior Service Center (NSYSSC) is a community-based organization serving youth, seniors, and families in North St. Louis. Dedicated to improving quality of life, NSYSSC provides essential programs in education, health, wellness, and social development. Youth Programs include the Y-Space Program, tutoring, after-school support, and sports initiatives like the junior basketball referee academy, which fosters leadership and mentorship. Senior Services feature the Senior Meals Program, wellness activities, and a transportation service ensuring access to medical appointments, grocery stores, and community centers. Beyond direct services, NSYSSC promotes community development through health and wellness initiatives, mental health support, and family resources. Constantly evolving, NSYSSC expands its reach through partnerships and new programs, remaining a pillar of support in North St. Louis.
