Our mission is to educate, empower, and equip the unemployed, underemployed, homeless, and differently-abled youth and adults with the tools needed to have a sustainable lifestyle.

About This Cause

Ringer Center of Excellence (RCE) Transforming Lives, Empowering Communities Founded in 2003, Ringer Center of Excellence (RCE) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to workforce development and training. Based in Georgia, RCE serves unemployed, underemployed, and differently-abled adults and youth, helping them gain the skills and tools needed for a sustainable lifestyle. Over the years, RCE has become a trusted partner in the community, offering innovative programs, hands-on training, and resources that empower individuals to overcome barriers and achieve personal and professional success. Since our inception, we have proudly served more than 80,000 individuals, providing hope and opportunities to those in need. Who We Serve RCE’s programs are designed to meet the diverse needs of the populations we serve, including: * TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) recipients * SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) recipients * Foster youth * Homeless youth & Adults * College students * High school students * Differently-abled adults and youth * Low income and vulnerable adults * General population Core Services and Programs Workforce Development and Training RCE believes that meaningful employment is the cornerstone of a sustainable lifestyle. Our workforce development programs include: Job Readiness Training: Covering resume building, interview techniques, workplace communication, and more. Career Pathway Development: Assisting individuals in identifying and pursuing long-term career goals. Work-Based Learning (WBL): Hands-on experiences and internships tailored to participants' skills and interests. Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) Designed for high school students, Pre-ETS focuses on five pillars: * Self-advocacy * Job readiness * Work-based learning * Career exploration * Post-secondary education preparation Youth on the M.O.V.E. (Motivated to Obtain Valuable Employment) Bootcamps Intensive workshops for high school seniors, covering topics like resume writing, financial literacy, and interview skills. Students leave with completed resumes, portfolios, and real-world insights from industry experts. Career Expos and Job Fairs RCE organizes impactful events such as the annual Work$Marter Career Expo, bringing together job seekers and employers for on-the-spot interviews, mini-training sessions, and career coaching. Specialized Support for Differently-Abled Individuals RCE tailors programs to meet the unique needs of differently-abled adults, providing them with tools and training to thrive in the workplace. Community Engagement and Partnerships Collaborating with local businesses, schools, and government agencies, RCE ensures that its programs align with current workforce demands and provide participants with meaningful opportunities. Our Impact Since its inception, RCE has proudly served over 80,000 individuals, making a profound difference in the lives of diverse populations, including TANF and SNAP recipients, foster youth, homeless youth, and the differently-abled. Our efforts have resulted in: Thousands of individuals gaining employment and financial stability. High school students transitioning successfully into college or the workforce. Differently-abled individuals achieving independence through meaningful employment. Businesses and communities benefitting from skilled and prepared workers. Success Stories * RCE boasts an impressive 92% job placement rate for individuals in the TANF program, with a 96% retention rate, ensuring that participants not only secure employment but thrive in their roles. * Foster Youth Summer Internship Program: RCE has placed over 800 foster youth across the state of Georgia in summer internships, with 98% retaining employment throughout the summer. These internships provide valuable work experience and serve as a springboard for future opportunities. * RCE programs have expanded beyond Georgia, offering life-changing opportunities to youth aged 16–24 in Montana, Alabama, Florida, and South Carolina. * Empowering Youth through GVRA and Bootcamps: RCE has successfully trained hundreds of Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency (GVRA) students and high school seniors through programs like Youth on the M.O.V.E. Bootcamps, equipping them with essential skills for post-graduation success. * Innovative Leadership and Workforce Development Resources: The CEO, Nattlie Ringer, is a visionary leader and author of five workforce development workbooks. Her contributions include designing comprehensive programs that enable individuals and companies to build and sustain a skilled, effective workforce. * Summer GROW Academy: Engaged high school students in industry-focused field trips, college fairs, and mock job fairs, preparing them for future careers. * Nationally recognized Customer Service Certification Success: Numerous participants earned Customer Service Certification Program (CCSP) credentials, significantly boosting their employability.
