About This Cause
Souris Valley United Way is helping people in our community through three main building blocks: Education, Financial Stability and Health. We know that educational achievement is the most effective way to ensure success in life. Souris Valley United Way is working with schools, agencies and other community partners to ensure that our children are given every opportunity to learn and succeed. We help struggling families meet their immediate needs by providing a safety net: food, shelter and utility assistance. At the same time, we equip families with the tools they need to become self-sufficient. Souris Valley United Way and our community partners provide resources and support for the physical and mental well-being or individuals and families in our community. By keeping people healthy today, we can ensure a promising future for our area.
