Mission Statement
To reduce pet overpopulation, particularly pit bulls, through spay/neuter intervention. Educating the public about responsible pet ownership through adoption as opposed to purchase. Pibbles & More Animal Rescue was started with the belief that no animal should die unwanted. After seeing the abundance of Pit bulls in shelters we decided to try to do something about it. We rescue dogs and cats, puppies and kittens, from high-kill shelters and dangerous situations and place them in loving homes. Many people are afraid of shelter animals, but in reality most animals abandoned in shelters have stable, affectionate temperaments and just need a family to thrive. We primarily place dogs with people who live in the tri-state/New England area including NY, NJ, PA, CT, ME, and VT. About This Cause
Pibbles and More Animal Rescue is a volunteer run 501c3 charity based in Binghamton, NY. All dogs are cared for in personal foster homes, vetted, altered, microchipped and given basic training to help them adjust and flourish in their forever home. We work with rescue partners in southern states, as well as the NYACC shelters (NY, Queens, Brooklyn and Bronx). A
