Mission Statement
Wellness Within’s mission is to enhance the quality of life of patients, survivors, caregivers and families afflicted with the trauma of cancer by providing accessible support services and education. We offer a wide range of free and reduced-cost resources, classes, events and retreats that promote physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. We envision that all in our community facing cancer will be empowered with tools to reduce stress, cultivate joy and foster wellness, regardless of socioeconomic status.
About This Cause
Wellness Within is a healing oasis for patients, survivors, caregivers, and families affected by the trauma, stress and anxiety brought on by cancer. Located in downtown Roseville, our center offers a warm and inviting space to let go and learn how to manage your stressors. We provide a wide range of free services that enhance an individual’s ability to experience quality of life through practices that incorporate physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
