Mission Statement
The mission of Just Our Soldiers' Helpers (JOSH) is to increase the morale of deployed U.S. service members from all branches of the military. We do this by providing to them care packages containing name brand items that are not readily available during deployment.
About This Cause
Just Our Soldiers' Helpers (JOSH) supports deployed troops by preparing and shipping care packages consisting of high-quality snacks/food and hygiene products. Our tagline is: "Bringing Smiles to Our Deployed Heroes One Care Package at a Time." We ship to locations where service members are serving in remote overseas locations, to those who do not have access to exchanges (PX/BX) to purchase these products, and to those who do not receive mail or moral support from home. Many of the troops to whom we ship are points of contact at their location and share our care packages with those who are serving with them. JOSH is a volunteer led and operated 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. We pay no salaries and keep administrative expenses as low as possible so we can use donated funds to purchase care package items and pay the shipping on the care packages.
