Mission Statement
Iowa Weimaraner Rescue is devoted to rescuing displaced Weimaraners, providing them with a safe, stable and balanced environment and making the life-long commitment to finding them forever homes. Iowa Weimaraner Rescue carries a high level of excellence and is the voice for the Weimaraners in our program.
About This Cause
All our dogs are fully vetted which includes: spay or neuter, rabies and distemper vaccinations, heartworm test and prophylaxis. Once in the foster home, the Weim learns basic commands, social skills and is given plenty of love. Here at Iowa Weim Rescue, we take adoptions seriously and work with each applicant to find the best fit for them and the Weimaraner.
