About This Cause

We are the San Antonio Museum of Science and Technology (SAMSAT), also doing business as SASTEMIC. SAMSAT and SASTEMIC are one merged organization effective September 2019. We help create a STEM-capable workforce for San Antonio by inspiring students to explore STEM fields. Our services include: * The Geekbus, our mobile STEM space. * Summer and other camps for K-12 students. * Museum experiences in the San Antonio Museum of Science and Technology. * Special collaborations and events, like the SA Smart Mayor's K-12 Smart City Challenge. * All serving 15,000 students, educators and community members per year.
