Mission Statement
To provide a safe environment to lost, homeless and unwanted animals. We provide medical care and once healthy, find quality loving forever homes. Our organization is strong with community involvement and education to further the bond between people and animals.
About This Cause
Dezzy's Second Chance Animal Rescue was organized exclusively for charitable purposes. Specifically, Dezzy's Second Chance Animal Rescue was formed to raise money for the adoption and rescue of pets, and to provide them with veterinary care. Dogs and cats are rescued from high kill animal shelters, and other organizations. We also receive pets who are abandoned because of the death of their owners, and are routinely contacted by law enforcement and the State Attorney to take abused animals as their owners are awaiting trail for animal abuse. These animals are brought back to health and then adopted out to loving homes. Monies are raised through events such as fundraisers and donations.
