Mission Statement
The Lelt Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that assists severely impoverished and malnourished families in Kara Kore, Ethiopia. Lelt has a Synergy Strategy which achieves success and sustainability through a combination of programs in education, nutrition, food security, orphan care, trauma counseling, microfinance and job creation for participating families.
About This Cause
Our neighborhoods in central Ethiopia are plagued by acute poverty. This impoverishment presents immense challenges ranging from nutrition-related illness, to illiteracy, to lack of employment opportunities. Lelt foundation provides efficient, ethical aid while preventing dependency-based assistance.
