Mission Statement
Our mission is to employ and empower unhoused individuals to break the generational cycle of homelessness by producing a sleeping bag coat for those in need.
About This Cause
Empowerment Plan's mission addresses homelessness in two critical ways.First, we elevate families from poverty by providing full-time employment and supportive services forsingle parents experiencing or at risk of homelessness in Detroit. Second, employees produce innovative and life-saving EMPWR sleeping bag coats, which are distributed to those in need across the globe.
