Mission Statement
In everything we do, we believe in giving every lost and voiceless child a brighter future. We do this by recruiting, training and supporting advocates; creating opportunities that help every child know that they are cared for and safe; and by engaging the community to help drive awareness about the plight of Arizona’s abused and neglected children.
About This Cause
Studies show us that a CASA volunteer has a remarkable and substantiated impact on a child's life. Children with a CASA volunteer are more likely to, do better in school, to receive health and educational service, to find a safe and permanent home and half as likely to re-enter foster-care. Over 14,000 Arizona children are currently in foster care. In 2015 we were able to provide over 1,000 of these children with a CASA Advocate. Our goal for 2016 is to move closer to our goal of one CASA for every child.
