About This Cause
The Jesup Firemans Association is a membership of Volunteer Firefighters serving a nearly 130 mile Fire Protection Jurisdiction. Our organization serves the community of Jesup, IA, as well as Four surrounding Townships (Perry and Westburg, in Buchanan County--Barclay and Fox, in Black Hawk County) There are over 5000 patrons within our jurisdiction and we also cover Ten miles of Interstate 20. Jesup Fire is also called upon for Mutual Aid to our neighboring communities when needed! Our Organization strives to deliver the very best Firefighting and Rescue Services both through an intense and ongoing training program as well as staying current with the latest technologies available in the Fire Service by updating our equipment as often as required, but only as our budget allows. The Members of the Jesup Fire Association are diligent in our fundraising efforts, knowing that with each individual donation to our cause, we are able to remain current with the latest in life saving training and equipment.
