Mission Statement
Haley's Hope was started after one mother refused to let other parents endure what her family had before her son Haley was diagnosed with dyslexia. But she realized there were no services in her community for people who were affected by dyslexia.
About This Cause
When a child is struggling, the parents are often told to "give it another year". When another year passes without the proper assistance, students get further behind and experience extraordinary frustration. Knowing exactly why a child struggles with reading, writing and spelling is the first step to getting them back on the right track academically. With the testing available at Haley's Hope, we can identify whether dyslexia is at the root of someone's learning struggles. Once dyslexia is diagnosed, proven intervention methods can be learned and no more precious time is lost. While early intervention is ideal, it's never too late. We help people of all ages who struggle with Dyslexia. Haley's Hope provides the training that children and adults with dyslexia need. We equip them to be better process and understand information they receive and help turn dyslexia into an advantage. Haley's Hope enables the learning process that will forever change the lives of children and adults with dyslexia.
